Mise En Place
read as "meez ahn plus"
It amazes me what the meaning of this word is. The French word for setting in place; a professional cooking term used to describe preparation done before the actual cooking begins. Pure coincidence it was that I was watching a cooking show before seeing the word again at TCA. The image of salt and peppers shaker begin sprinkled onto everyone single one of us as we are seasoned and being radiated. I believe God is preparing the way for what is to come and even as we see change happening in tp. (:
